Founded and co-lead an intergenerational grassroots collective of black, indigenous and people of color who aim to create spaces and opportunities to engage in ethnic studies. Events and projects have included virtual gatherings, a Young Lords Liberation Youth Camp, educator workshops and the design of a Young Lords curriculum for educators and young people.

Led the design and development of an internal conflict resolution framework for the People Team to implement with internal staff, by facilitating a design collaborative with a group of employees. Bi-weekly meetings included ongoing learning, feedback, storytelling and consultation for the framework's application.

Co-designing the Collective Well-Being Project framework alongside other educators and national SEL experts based on the Surgeon General’s Framework for Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being. The resource will include tools and resources for school principals dedicated to creating a culture of collective care alongside their staff.

As a Racial Equity Coach for TRHT’s Truth, Healing & Equity Fellowship, supported Gads Hill Center, a non-profit youth education and family resource center on Chicago's South and Southwest Side, in executing a racial equity organization assessment, creating an aspirational racial equity policy statement and designing a racial equity project.

Designed the program vision and plan, as well as launched the design of the inaugural Teach 313 Leading for Liberation Fellowship with the Detroit Children's Fund leadership team, for teams of school leaders and teachers in Detroit schools, around abolitionist teaching approaches that support academic success and well-being for Detroit students.

Designed the vision, framework and program for a year-long collaboration between the University of Virginia's education team - Remaking Middle School - and Chicago middle school educators. Engagement included monthly, collaborative learning around adolescent developmental science and social justice experiences with young adolescents.
